it’s likely to be Lilioceris impressa, yes. Though not certain, because this belongs to a species-groups of very similar species that are basically impossible to identify from a photo, and overlap in their ranges. Aside from L. impressa, there is also L. egena reported from S’pore. Michael Geiser
