<p>Rhyothemis phyllis, known as the <strong>yellow</strong>-striped <strong>flutterer</strong> or <strong>yellow</strong>&#8211;<strong>barred flutterer</strong>, is a species of dragonfly of the family Libellulidae, widespread in South-east Asia, including Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Lao People&#8217;s Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, and northern <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhyothemis_phyllis">Wikipedia</a></p>

<p>This dragonfly (<em>Cr<em>atilla metallica</em></em>) is recognized by its metallic blue thorax and dark blue abdomen and by its dark wing-tips. Its striking eyes are yellow (brown on top). Males are often seen perching on the same spot for a long time.
